Google Sitemap Generator - Updates your sitemap after a new post is made and notifies Google and also Yahoo
Wordpress Stats - Really handy for understanding where my traffic comes from, popular search keywords and more.
Wordpress Cache - Very good if you’re sustaining heavy traffic from social networking sites such as Digg
