Binalong Bay, Tasmania

Ahh when I try to upload images the page goes blank after insertion, weird. Anyway this photo was captured in Binalong Bay, Tasmania during winter earlier this year Binalong Bay, Tasmania A shame there wasn’t much movement in the sea.

Binalong Bay is part of the Bay of Fires which recently was highlighted in the Lonely Planet guide for 2009 for it’s pristine beaches. Probably my favourite location in Tasmania with its beautiful blue waters and white sand, I couldn’t recomend it more.

    beautiful shot alex……
i love the northern end of the East Coast, great diverse range of rocks, from smooth bluestone to the jagged orange quartz
