Bay of Fires, Tasmania2008.11.28
The Bay of Fires is my favourite place in Tasmania, beautiful beaches that you can normally get to yourself. These photographs were taken a few days ago on an overnight camping trip which was plagued with pretty average weather. As such making sunrise and sunset photographs not really worth it which was pretty much the purpose of the trip haha. Anyway here are a few pics from the Bay of Fires area including the Gardens and another beach which I can’t remember the name of. I wanted to mess around with a panoramic but they’re something I’m yet to master so excuse the horizon and waves which don’t really align heh.

The Bay of Fires has been highlighted for its beautiful beaches by the Lonely Planet in its travel destination guide for 2009. I thought it would be relevant to post this picture taken a few years ago at The Gardens. A stunning place which I really want to photograph more Blog is working nicely now |
