This series of pho­tographs is from the aban­doned Royal Der­went Hos­pi­tal in Tas­ma­nia, Aus­tralia. Excuse the ugly water­marks but after recently see­ing some­one run­ning around with one of my images on a pho­tog­ra­phy web­site it’s made me a lit­tle hesitant.

I’ve com­piled the images with an out­side pho­to­graph of the dif­fer­ent hous­ing com­plexes and then rel­e­vant shots from inside that build­ing. This is really quite an amaz­ing place in terms sheer size, it had a pool, cin­ema, church and many hous­ing complexes.
