Pass­ing through Mid­way Point recently, I noticed a jetty that I pho­tographed last April had been pulled down. As I’m always on the look out for old jet­ties to pho­to­graph, I came back a few days later on a wet evening. Stand­ing ankle deep in water this is a 5 minute expo­sure at f.10.

Beau­ti­ful golden light hit­ting Mt Welling­ton on sunset.

The same loca­tion as one of my favourite pic­tures (link). Instead this time shot with a 10 minute expo­sure. As usual, B+W and Cokin neu­tral den­sity fil­ters were used to get the longer exposure.
