This was taken at Clifton Beach in May 2009.
I’ll never forget this morning, after getting up an hour too early (4am rather than 5am) I drove down to Clifton Beach in the pitch black dark and pouring rain. The whole drive I thought it would be a complete waste of time but luckily the rain stopped for 15 minutes and allowed me to get a quick shot in before it rained for the rest of the day. Good times that made the extra early start worth it.
